Check in was smooth and quick. The key was waiting for us when we arrived a few hours after check in time. We were also given an upgrade to a larger room. Receptionist who handed us the key was Completely relaxed and friendly with giving us some helpful tips and directions. The room was clean and roomy. I appreciated that there ia a full length mirror in the room besides the bathroom mirror. Very practical. Only niggly issue we felt was the extractir fan in the bathroom is noisy and can't be switched off. We kept the bathroom door closed to dampen the noise. The hallway heater was also a bit rattly and noisy. We are greatful thatvthey stored our luggage for us after we checked out when we went on an overnight cruise.

A great accommodation option for Te Anau. It is a quick walk to town and on a quiet road/area. Check-in was easy with a warm welcome. Affordable and very comfortable, which was perfect for our overnight stay before heading to Milford Sound.

The ASURE at Te Anau was stunning! Set only a block back from the town centre and the waterfront, it was delightfully convenient to walk everywhere. The rooms are beyond spacious. The beds comfortable. And the shower hot! Our room even had a little balcony which we very much enjoyed for some wine and cheese in the evening. Would absolutely stay again!!

Front Desk was warm, welcoming and helpful. Laundry was handy. Room amenities were updated and modern. Love the kitchen, too! Room was clean and tidy. I also love how they presented all the restaurant menus around the area in one folder, so it was easy to select food options. Happy to recommend this cute motel.

On our trip to New Zealand, we stayed at expensive resort and spa chains, golf course lake hotels … and Asure Motel was by far our favourite stay. The management is amazing and go out of their way to help and provide a friendly service. Amenities are fantastic and it is clear management have gone above and beyond to think of the little things to accommodate their guests. Rooms are large and spacious and beds are very comfortable. Could not recommend this accommodation highly enough! Thanks for being one of the highlights of our trip.
