It is located on the 2nd floor of the traditional Bavarian house with beautiful flower boxes and wooden shutters and has a rustic living room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes (one with a double bed and a single bed), one bathroom and an additional half-bath and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, cable TV, board games, a cot and a high chair. From your private, furnished balcony you have a breathtaking view of Lake Tegernsee, the lake promenade and the lush vegetation of the foothills of the Alps. Start your day here with a Weißwurst breakfast or round off sunny days with a beer from the region. You are also welcome to use the lush green lawn and seating area of the garden, which you share with the other residents of the property. The shore of Lake Tegernsee is 80 m away and some cafés and restaurants with a lake view are in the immediate vicinity. The famous Tegernseer Bräustüberl can also be reached within a short walk on the shore of Tegernsee in less than 10 minutes. You will find a pharmacy, a supermarket and other restaurants after 210 m and after 500 m or a 6-minute walk you will reach both the boat dock and a boat rental. Enjoy the fresh air, the view of the beautiful mountain panorama and leave the stress of everyday life behind you. Directly on the property on the lake is also a boat rental "Marina" only a few meters' walk away.
