The villa is distributed on two floors and a rooftop, the ground floor has a living room-kitchen, bathroom with shower, laundry room and terrace, on the first floor, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, up the stairs we find a large and beautiful rooftop overlooking the sea and the spectacular Risco de Famara, where you can enjoy an area for sunbathing, eating or sitting.

The common areas are the bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, washing machine area, ground floor terrace and rooftop.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, steamer, fridge and dishwasher.
