This hotel is the best!! A absolute pleasure to stay here! It’s so relaxing. We had a great check in. They went and turned the fireplace on and gave us cold waters! It is such a great to be here.

We have stayed here many times for our anniversary and this experience was the worst. We were not made aware that the facilities were under remodel and the hot tub for our room had a bunch of sand in it. We couldn't sit or be in it due to this. They had construction workers staying in a nearby room who were noisy and stomping around early in the morning.

Great hotel but did not have a pleasant

Usually it's my favorite hotel to stay in Ridgeway. But this time, lots of construction at the hotel. No balcony or hot tub (as advertised) No late night check in front desk associate. No room service. While in the room lights were turned off by the construction crew, took them 45 minutes to turn it back on. No coffee filters in the room.

Fantastic despite the construction! If you are a bath person you will revel in the giant soaker tub with jets! Beds are super comfy and our room had a fireplace and a hot tub on the balcony! Staff were delightful!

Great stay!

Great weekend getaway. Check in was great and we were greeted with water and fresh cookies. We were able to get a room with a hot tub on the balcony. While the hot tub did need to be filled and it was low, it didn’t affect our stay. We had a beautiful view to wake up to seeing the mountains. The room keep heat very well and the in room fireplace is a must for winter! So happy I found this hotel and we will definitely be back!
