Overall, this is a 5 star mainly for the location, check in process, and communication. There were a few minor things, but overall this is a great condo. I would absolutely stay here again.
My group was 4 guys (mid-fifties) and we had plenty of space. Living room is too small for 6 adults comfortable, unless kids (family of 6 would be perfect).
Location, Location, Location. Lift 7 is right outside your window. You cannot get closer!! However, this lift does NOT support any "green runs" so you need to be an intermediate skier (or more) to ski the trails back to condo. Telluride Trail takes you right to the condo, which also has a locker at the end of the trail. Or you could take the free gondola down and walk (7 or 8 minutes). The gondola also gives access to village at night. Easy walk to town (several restaurants/bars and grocery store) all walkable. No need for a car.
Beds are comfortable and room sizes are fine. 4 of the 5 beds are singles and only one double (or maybe it was a queen).
Hot tubs were not far to walk. The hot tub experience was ok, but not fantastic. These hot tubs are on the older side, and are ones that people buy for their houses, not for a condo complex. I think the complex should invest in this (not the condo owner's fault). It was adequate for a hot soak after skiing.
I had mentioned to the owner that they may need to invest in some upgrades in the kitchen, but everything worked.
Fireplace?? Not sure, but it looked nice.
