Recently updated tiny unit, very efficient, needed much more detailed cleaning. There was a torn, yucky, “vintage” rubber plunger parked in plain view next to the commode - rustic decor like that is a turn-off!
Plenty of storage space for two skiers with lots of gear , warm and bright - except the large master bedroom window looks onto outdoor walkway and alley/parking area, so blinds are always closed-never any natural light. No dedicated parking space, but we worked it out. The unit had all the basics for the kitchen and the laundry machines worked well.
We used the ski and boot valet in Mountain Village and walked to the gondola to get up to and back down from the village. We walked everywhere else in town, the corner market (Clark’s) is one block away. The building is very old- looks like it was built in the 80’s. The interior of the condo is much newer.
Vacasa/Vrbo was difficult to communicate with, and sent an auto message about my check-in process five days into my stay!
Just as I was tidying up to depart, I discovered the knit throw on the sofa (which we never used) had horrible brown stains which were concealed in the folds! I was really grossed out and couldn't wait to check out. That is an unfortunate lasting memory of our Vrbo/Vacasa experience.
We love skiing at Telluride, and will likely look for another property to stay at in the future.
