Not the best.

I have absolutely no issues with the staff however, I was told that there was a no smoking policy in the room or on the floor that I was staying. My fiancé has asthma and the entire floor that we stayed reeked of cigarette smoke. Every time I open the door to our room it engulfed it with cigarette smoke. It was extremely hard to sleep there I brought the issue up with the service desk personnel on more than one occasion again they were very polite, but the issue was not resolved. It’s very nice hotel but I can’t see myself staying there again my fiancé was really looking forward to the swimming pool, but when we booked in, we were told that it was closed for the season, which would have been nice to know prior to booking all in all it was a mediocre stay.

The staff was great all very friendly. Check in and at the restaurant. All great. I was disappointed because the spa, gym and pool were all closed and I wasn’t aware until after booking and paying for non-refundable room. The pool closure was posted but not the spa and gym. I booked there for the spa so I was very, very disappointed and felt duped.
