The Esplanade in Tenby is a very beautiful guest house with inspiring views across the sea and the local geography. I was very impressed and would recommend the the place very highly

Your site said onsite parking was available at this property but the information was incorrect! The hotel owner was blaming Expedia website but it seems that he gets great business from the incorrect information.

Very annoyed to discover on check-in that despite published data, there are no parking facilities - the result being a charge of £20 to park in local carpark. This is a fraudulent description! REMOVE IT Very friendly owner. We were allocated a third floor room best described as quirky. Bedroom clean and freshly decorated, however lacked any drawer or shelf provision. The en suite had a markedly sloping floor and had a loose toilet seat and very loose tap on wash basin. Also, annoyingly, the toilet was incapable of flushing solids resulting in many attempts involving the cleaning brush! In fairness, the landlord attended to the loose tap and seat during the day. Breakfast was adequate with goodish choice of cereals, fruit and pastries with cooked options. Dining area very clean and fleshly decorated in common with ground and first floor areas. ,

We absolutely loved our stay here, easy check in and the room was gorgeous and spacious overlooking the sea! There was free parking on the street which was ideal. We were able to walk every in Tenby from this location and felt safe. We had a lovely full English (Welsh) breakfast in the morning, along with cold breakfast options as well. Highly recommend this location for a stay in Tenby!

Great place to stay for short break
Weather was great perfect position for our needs , lots of site seeing swimming exploring . The Eslpanade was a great place to stay lovely owner could not do enough for us . Room had lovely view of tea , not noisy location . Very clean and well equipped . Breakfast was excellent good buffet and done to order hot breakfast. Decor of building great and in keeping with era of hotel . Great stay well done Esplanade 😊

Tired
Reception staff very friendly and helpful but hotel is tired and dated and due to the fact that it's dog friendly not very pleasant smelling. The radiators were piping hot ( In June 😳) and covered so you are unable to turn it off, luckily both windows were easily opened. Bed was comfortable and there is tea and coffee making facilities. Shower is small and low water flow also if you are up early, before 7am, the water is tepid. Came back from a fantastic walk on south beach for breakfast only to find there wasn't a table free. Only stayed the one night but couldn't recommend to anyone.
