Located on the ground floor, the apartment Alba (4 sleeps; 70 square meter) has a very large private outside eating area. The living room and connected kitchen have a panoramic view of the countryside trough the balcony door.
The apartment has the following features:

The typical Tuscany terra cotta floors is throughout the living room and the bathroom while the rooms are in parquet of our olive trees. The outside sunset terrace of 80 square meter is fournished of BBQ with table, chairs and lounge seatings.

Wonderful stay Podere Costantino

We loved our week in the Alba apartment. Podere Costantino is a very peaceful beautiful place to stay in the countryside. Relaxed at the refreshing pool after returning from daytrips to the San Vincenzo beach, Firenze, Pisa, Siena and San Gimignano (must see!) Mara and Franco are very sweet and welcoming hosts. The apartment has everything you need to enjoy your stay. We definitely recommend this place and would love to come back soon! Saluti da Curacao

Loved our stay at the farm

Very comfortable and enjoyable. The location of the farm is perfect and the views are incredible. The hosts Franco and Mara are very loving and generous and always ready to help (they both live on the farm). The restaurant recommendations were perfect. Would love to go and stay at the farm again.

A lovely spot for a peaceful getaway

We had just under a week in which we wanted a mixture of pool side relaxing and short drives to explore villages and beaches and this was pretty perfect for that. The surroundings to the property are beautiful, lush green olive groves and fruit orchards. The pool is a lovely size, well maintained and a great temperature for the hot summer days. The apartment we were given was slightly different to the advertised generic pictures on the site but this didn't bother us too much as we spent most of our time outside anyway and it wasn't that different, just the view was missing which was a shame. The beds were very comfortable. There were some basics in the kitchen but we had to buy oil so best to check what's there with the hosts before doing a shop on your way. Lots of pans etc so cooking was easy and Franco gifted us a couple of home made bottles of wine which was very kind of them. There are lots of near by villages within 1.5 hrs, including our favourites, San Gimignano and Volterra as well as half hour from Pisa (and it's airport). The hosts were very friendly and helpful and always keen to give advice if you need it. Overall, a positive stay in a very beautiful location. :)

A beautiful part of Italy

Myself and my family stayed in Alba apartment and we loved the apartment, the farmhouse, the country side and everthing about the area. The owners Mara and Franco were so good to us , cooking us a lovely tasty pasta dish on arrival a together with their own red wine. I would highly recomend this location for anyone who wants to enjoy the real Tuscany experiance , Seamus Casserly Ireland

Beautiful place

Just returned from a fabulous 4 night stay at this beautiful Tuscan farmhouse. Can't fault the booking process, communication with owners or house in any way. Set on a quiet street but only 30 min drive from Pisa airport it had the views, comforts and facilities we wanted. Stayed with a group of 4 girls in Alba which was one of the larger ground floor apartments. We had been left a delicious lunch and bottle of local wine for our arrival which was most welcome. Francesco very friendly and helpful. The three resident cats were also lovely! We didn't eat out much as preferred to make the most of the delicious food and wine found locally so spent a lot of our time on our terrace or by the pool. Would recommend having a car as we would have been a bit stuck without this. There are local shops but the supermarket is approx 10 mins drive away.

Beautiful farmhouse set in the most wonderful countryside.

We had a wonderfully relaxing stay. This apartment is off the beaten track and you get the chance to experience the real Italy. The local people were incredibly friendly as were our hosts Mara and Franco. Perfectly locted for trips to Pisa, Lucca and Florence. We couldn't have asked for more.

Small Apartement in rual Tocany

A very warm and nice welcome by the owner. He gave us some advise for visiting varoius cities and to find Restaraunts.The Appartement was okay, only the lightening was not homely or cosy. This was sad and made it uncomfortable.Nice pool.Nearest supermarket appr. 10 Minutes by car.

Very beautiful Tuscany

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Franco und Mara sind sehr liebe und nette Vermieter. Sie haben uns Tipps für Ausflugsziele gegeben und waren auch sonst immer ansprechbar. Die Lage der Unterkunft war für uns Ideal, da man fast alle Städte oder das Meer in knapp 1 einer Stunde mit dem Auto erreichen konnte. Die Kinder haben den Pool und die Katzen geliebt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder bei Franco und Mara buchen.

Yet another wonderful stay :-)

Back here for the second time, arriving late due to traffic and being meet by smiling Franco and Mara with nice appetizers after the Long journey. We very much enjoy the tranquillity, beautiful surroundings and the fact that only 4 familys Can stay there, so you get the Nice private atmosphere. The picture of the terrace outside our apartment doesnt do it Justice. Its surrounded with plants to make it nice for cost morning breakfasts etc. A lot of possibilities for Wine tastning in the area. We will be back! Thank you and ciao. Noam, Samuel, Michael & Camilla

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir haben in diesem Ferienhaus fast eine Woche verbracht. Es liegt in den Bergen und die Aussicht ist wunderschön! Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, die Gastgeber sprechen kaum englisch, was aber kein Problem war, zur Begrüßung aber auch die Tage danach wurden uns frische Pfirsiche, Feigen und Zucchini aus eigenem Garten geschenkt :) Das Appartment ist ländlich eingerichtet, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es gibt auch einen Grill draußen. Es gab genug Handtücher, Strandtuch muss man mitbringen. Man kann auch gegen eine kleine Gebühr Wäsche waschen, dafür steht draußen eine Waschmaschine mit Waschmittel. Der praktische Wäscheständer ist auch vorhanden. Der Pool ist toll, man kann stundenlang dort entspannen und die Hammer Aussicht genießen. Für die Kinder war das natürlich das Highlight! Sie waren auch von den dort lebenden 3 Katzen absolut begeistert, besonders die liebe Karolina hat unser 4-jähriger ins Herz geschlossen. Wir hatten Glück allein im Ferienhaus zu sein, was in Coronazeiten sehr vorteilhaft ist. Ansonsten gibt es noch 3 andere Appartments im Haus. Die Lage ist auch super, um Florenz, Pisa, Lucca zu besuchen oder zum Meer zu fahren. Alles in allem sehr charmante Gastgeber und auch die Lokation mit einem einzigartigen italienischen Flair. Auch bei Problemen kann man sich an Barbara wenden (die Tochter der Gastgeber) und man wird sofort sehr einfühlsam beraten. Danke dafür! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Authenticité et convivialité dans un petit village Toscan !

Le village perché de Terriciola, avec ses petits commerces typiques, vaut le détour Franco et Mara ont un vrai sens de l'accueil à l'italienne ! Les autres familles que l'on a rencontrées étaient sympa. Bref un bon moment !
