The health and safety of our guests are a priority. In light of the Covid-19 outbreak, we would like to share with you the enhanced cleaning and precautionary measures that we have instituted at our villa.

Through our feral cleaning process, common surfaces such as tables, light switches, entertainment screens, TV, and Aircon remotes are cleaned with disinfectant spray and wipes. The change of all pillow covers, bedsheets, and blankets after checkout is already our standard. The Air Condition systems are being disinfected on a weekly basis as well after guests check out. Free Hand Wash Spender and Instant Hand Sanitizer are placed in all bathrooms and kitchen.

If you are worried about staying in a large hotel with a lot of guests, a private villa is the best alternative. To be clear we are not jumping on these scare tactics and hysteria going around. We believe in a smart way of prevention and how an individual can protect themselves.

Finca Pepa is a well-furnished and Spanish traditional styled Finca enjoying a very peaceful location in the countryside by Benissa, surrounded by almond trees and muscatel vineyards. Only 15 Min. drive from Moraira centre, where a large variety of restaurants, bars, and shops can be explored together with breathtaking beaches and coves. The Finca offers unrivaled 360 degrees views from the refined countryside of the area, providing a high degree of privacy.

Finca Pepa offers parking for 4 cars, which lead towards a spacious terrace with terracotta tiles, surrounding the private swimming pool, sunbeds, a ping-pong table, and an outdoor dining area. The location is a perfect choice for families in search of a refined and peaceful area. The Finca is a two-story holiday home connected with internal stairs and the lower level is adapted for wheelchair -users. From the cozy conservatory overlooking the pool area, we flow into a spacious living/dining room with Sat+TV+DVD and a fireplace followed by a fully equipped kitchen.

We continue to a double bedroom with its en-suite shower, another double bedroom, and 1 twin bedroom sharing a bathroom. Stairs lead up to 1 double and another twin bedroom sharing another bathroom. All five bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Finca Pepa encompasses everything that a Mediterranean-styled Finca offers and more.
