I stayed here for $200 a night, including breakfast, but was very disappointed with the experience. The breakfast was subpar, with stale sausages and bagels that seemed past their prime. To make matters worse, the kitchen staff member in charge repeatedly harassed my family, asking for a breakfast token that we never received at check-in. She was rude, impatient, and unprofessional, making the entire experience uncomfortable. Frustrated, we decided to leave without eating and requested a refund for the breakfast portion, but the hotel refused. This is not the level of service I expected for the price, and I won’t be returning.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was recently refurbished and has a lovely open, airy and clean feel. Staff certainly made me feel that nothing much was a bother and they were easy going, friendly and helpful. They actually served food as well as a selection of convenient snacks and drinks which you could easily pick up and charge to your room. There’s a Cracker Barrel just 5mins away which is fantastic for breakfast or other. All round, a great place to stay!

This hotel checks all the boxes for a clean, comfortable stay. After a long day of travel, this is a place im happy to crash at. And waking up to a proper breakfast buffet helped get me ready for any upcoming events. For an average joe like me, this is perfect.
