We’ve stayed here 4 times now. Easy off & on the highway at night. We always arrive after 9pm after travel from Michigan. Rooms have been clean. But place definitely needs update , refresh of common areas, elevator. Pool mostly not open. But we only want a decent place to sleep & don’t need pools. Staff was kind & when I told them upon checkout that our tv had no signal & coffee pot not working ( it spewed hot water all over the counter) they were apologetic. We were too tired to bother with calling for tv issue and decided to just sleep. So if you want a cheaper place to stay then we’ve found this fits our needs. Tip: I ask for top floor in hotel/motels if possible so’s not to have people above making uneccesary noise.

Requested a non-smoking room as we got to the door it was marked a non-smoking room. When we entered there was clearly a smoke smell and when we open the curtains there were ashes on the window sill. I took some of the ashes to the front desk to get them to believe me. They changed our room. Maybe not the best area but safe enough hotel can not control beyond the property limits. Breakfast Good

The cost was low, but there were several unsavory people wondering around the parking lot. The entire place needs cleaned and new flooring and paint. But, it was very cheap. The front desk made us post a $100 damage fee by cash or credit and I was unaware of this temporary fee.

Clean, comfortable room, bed, and bathroom. That's all I'm really looking for. I prefer a firmer bed, and this hotel has them, very nice. Microwave and compact fridge is a plus, too. I've stayed here 3 times this summer, each trip being 3 nights. For the rate, it's great! Would give 5 stars, but I took away 1 star for general maintenance, which could use improvement. For example, there is no longer an ice machine on level 2 because it probably broke and didn't get replaced. The pool has been down much longer than it was open this summer. Again, it's clean and comfortable and affordable, and that's why I keep coming back.

The bed was very comfortable and the pillows. There was no hor water for a shower the water spout was loose the clothes hook on door coming off,alarm clock broken, the plug outlet where mirror was to blow dry hair was not working.

The hotel was easily assessable from the expressway, the staff is friendly, however, I had to request a trash bag from them because there were no trash bags in the 2 trash cans. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The room was very dirty. The floor was so dirty that we refuse to take our shoes off. The sink area was dirty. Their electrical cable was hanging out of the wall, the glass light cover above the sink was missing the faucet in the bathtub, and the sink were extremely loose.

Ok overall, plan on getting breakfast elsewhere
Pros: Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pet friendly Cons: Breakfast was poor. Very little options. Biscuits/gravy had no flavor, very watery like skim milk mixed with pepper. No tea bags available. Laundry facilities locked up with chain and padlock. Pet fee was $25 per pet not $15 as advertised.
