Refrigerator did not work. TV volume did not work. Iron had water leaking from it’s power cord. Lucky I did not die. Bathroom was worse than a jail. None of the room’s surfaces had been wiped by housekeeping. Front desk did nothing to assist or accommodate. I have pictures and video backing this up.

All the people work there was very friendly even the front desk was awesome, The rooms are real clean. The bathtub is clean. It’s a nice place. I will go back again.

The checkin attendant not friendly, I asked several questions was either not able to communicate or rude. The room was clean but had an odor and fruit files. The Breakfast Bar was limited, again staff not friendly, the Joyce bar was out of order. Not much fruit available to eat, when I asked for more,, no comment. Hotel not properly staff. Never again

My main problem was that for the cost if the room it should have been cleaner and the lock on the door should function. The top lock was broken off and all we had was the bottom lock. The bed was hard as a rock and very uncomfortable. I would not stay again.

All was ok for an overnight stay, however…the bathtub was horribly stained, the AC froze up in which caused the carpet to be wet, and the tub faucet has a pretty consistent drip. The staff was very attentive.

Stayed here about 3 nights. Room was big & pretty nice. Bathrooms were run down & dirty, tub was stained, bathroom had a orangey yellow liquid on the floor under the sink and behind the toilet. Bathroom also had a funky smell. Also, VERY ANNOYING how housekeeping walked into our room the first two mornings at 9am while we were sleeping. First morning they said housekeeping, knocked and walked in all within 5 seconds.. not giving us enough time to get up and go to the door. The second morning, a lady didn’t even announce they were housekeeping and just knocked and walked in while we were sleeping EVEN THOUGH WE HAD A DO NOT DISTURB SIGN ON OUR DOOR!!!!

Staff was super nice, check in was easy, sheets and general rooms space was nice and clean, the bathroom was old, outdated, and possibly unclean. Overall a decent experience. Not sure I would pay the extra $30-50 to book a nicer place. #tossup

The room was great except the bed wasn't very comfortable for myself. And the shower had weak pressure other than that. Everything was great and including the people, the service the friendliness.
