I was given my room key and went up to my room only to open the door to a room with a husband and wife in it. I went to front desk to report it and was given an "upgrade" to a room with a balcony to which i answered thats handy in northern Ontario in ate november where it also gets was and gets dark by 530pm i checked in just past 6pm...... so not really an upgrade nor made me feel better for the fact i was given a key to someone elses room.

I would have been better off going to Walmart and buying a five dollar pillow instead of sleeping on what you guys provided. Also, parking was a nightmare. I don’t think it’s fair that you charge people $23 a night for parking and then not provide parking spots.

Wonderful hotel. Everything about it was great except for the parking. Very few free parking spaces around the hotel. The free lot is a good little walk away.

The view of the lake was amazing and the whole aesthetic of the hotel was beautiful. Staff were top notch! What we didn’t like was the parking but even with parking being further away the walk-ability of the water front helped.

Great overall hotel. I only wish they had their restaurant or room service available during the day. They have limited times they have the kitchen open. Not many places in thunderbay are opened during the day between 3-5pm which made finding restaurant foods limited.

Lovely room with partial view , very clean , cleaning staff were so helpful and kind . Good breakfast and dinner menu . Will be returning to this hotel without a doubt .
