The room was clean and roomy but the toilet paper holder was in a location behind the toilet that was difficult to reach and you smash your elbow easily to retrieve the toilet paper. The breakfast area and choices were good. The front desk staff were quick to get things done but not that overly friendly. They need to smile and not look so serious. The area around the hotel felt unsafe with street people constantly going in and out of the property I would see. I was very uncomfortable. The location is good near the waterfront and downtown. The price was fair during this weekday.

Overall great stay. Minor annoyances: 1) in lady’s bathroom by breakfast lounge, POOR architecture planning, couldn’t open stall door to get in as it hit the toilet. (2) our room had a mini fridge (I had to put de the fridge) or I would have unplugged it. It had the most annoying droning beep(like a distant alarm buzzer) going off all night.
