Situated on 2.5 acres 10km from the Port Lincoln CBD the house is close enough to be right in the thick of the action or blissfully distanced from it all. The choice is yours. Even the drive approaching the property showcases the stunning view of Port Lincoln's trademark wharf/silos and Boston Bay with all it's splendour. This is simply the entrée before arriving and being in awe at everything the house showcases. As you approach the main entrance you will immediately be blown away by the size of the house. Once you have entered, the open plan living with 3m high ceilings and windows in every direction will have you mesmerised. Choose to relax by the (solar heated) pool all day, have a workout in the gym which has to be seen to be believed, swim with Great Whites or dine on Coffin Bay oysters - make yourself at home and take in all the Eyre Peninsula has to offer. If the house itself doesn't offer enough freedom, make the most of the 600m2 flat grass area (with stunning views of course) - perfect for playing with the kids, dog/s, a game of cricket, or even a wedding ceremony.
