A pousada usa containers marítimos como quarto. Uma opção que certamente ocasiona alguns desconfortos, mas que, respeito, pode ser visto como vantagem por outras pessoas (infelizmente não vejo assim). O suprimento de água é irregular e, no meu caso, houve falta de água nos banheiros (eles tem que acionar a bomba para abastecer a caixa, algo que poderia ser evitado com um acionamento eletrônico por medidor de nível, uma boia eletrônica). O que pode parecer um fato menor para alguns, para mim parece estranho ter que procurar alguém para acionar o abastecimento. A roupa de cama (fronha) não parecia estar limpa e trocaram quando solicitado. Por serem containers, o quarto esquenta e o ar demora a esfriar (é preciso estar ciente de que cobram uma multa por deixar o ar ligado sem ninguém no quarto). Está localizada em um local isolado, distante da cidade e da praia (em meio a árvores, o que também pode ser um ponto positivo para alguns). Honestamente não foi uma experiência agradável. Acredito que falte treinamento e capacitação para lidar com a insatisfação dos clientes de maneira adequada. Assumo a responsabilidade por não ter visto a descrição das acomodações e por não ter lido com mais cuidado as avaliações negativas (que, em termos gerais, coincidem com o que descrevo). Certamente há clientes que considerarão pontos positivos alguns dos fatos que citei.

Não vá pois tem lugares melhores...
O casal de dono são muito despreparados para administrar o ponto, o dono sempre de cara fechada, nem bom dia da, a mulher dele é ignorância pura, a única coisa que se salva é a funcionária Tati, ela ocupa a função de cozinheira, camareira, recepcionista, ou seja, é mais fácil explorar uma pessoa do que contratar funcionários para ocupar a função adequadamente. Eu não voltaria com esse casal despreparado gerindo a pousada e recomendo que ninguém vá, em Pipa tem muitos outros lugares que vale a pena se hospedar.

A proposta da pousada é interessante, em meio às árvores, a café da manhã é variado. A piscina está o tempo todo com muitos insetos por ser no meio do mato. Eles até dão um papel do que leva multa lá, deixar o ar ligado sem ninguém dentro é uma que acarreta multa, mas dps eu entendi o pq.. É pq demora uma eternidade pra gelar. Nem o recepcionista usa máscara; eles deixam apenas uma água no frigobar e o banheiro é pequeno. O caminho é uma buraqueira. Não voltaria, pois com o valor da diária, fico em um bem mais confortável.

VOA BAKANO POUSADA
Super indico pelo custo benefício. Foi uma experiência super diferente dormir em conteiner. O lugar é muito calmo, tranquilo e sossegado. Praticamente dentro da mata. O atendimento dos funcionários foram perfeitos. O café apesar de ser simples, é muito bom e atendeu muito bem as nossas necessidades. Só tivemos um pouco de dificuldade com o wifi que estava um pouco lento e o sinal da minha operadora (vivo e tim). No geral, foi muito bom!!

Um pouco distante do centro, bem simples e rústico, as suítes são em contêiner, então é um pouco apertado. Por ficar dentro da reserva, fica bem sossegado e longe da agitação. O café da manhã e muito bom, e os funcionários muito atenciosos.

Local extremamente agradável. Todos os funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos. Café da manhã delicioso e área com piscina ótima. Os quartos são um pouco compactos mas não deixam de ser satisfatórios. Único problema foi que no quarto que fiquei tinha uma TV mas não tinha tomada pra conectar essa TV (rs). Tirando isso estadia maravilhosa, pretendo retornar o mais breve possível.
