Staff and rooms are always usually clean...but alot of the rooms have a sewage smell or smoke smell. The sewage smell comes from the sink..someone came and changed the pipe but it still smells. Must not have a p trap which keeps the smell from coming back up the pipes. Very unhealthy smell and disgusting. Be sure to check out your room first so you can switch if it smells.

One of the best hotels in TJ. The hotel is clean, safe and affordable. It’s conveniently located in central TJ and is within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and bars. I highly recommend staying here. The staff is very friendly and accommodating

This is our second time staying here and we really enjoy it. The only thing is that they don’t have a closet or a blow dryer for your hair. Besides that it was a good trip.

Loved the property in and of itself. It’s right in Downtown Tijuana, so you probably don’t want to be walking around the vicinity at night. If you’re not familiar with navigating in TJ be careful.

Its a really nice place to stay but did not like staff would not tell some guest anything for having really loud music in there room at 1 am would let us sleep and my baby
