The property is very nice and the nigh entertainment was fun. But they charge me $27 extra for the person when I had reserved a room with double queen size bed. Which sleeps four people. They said it was for two adults and two kids. It doesn't say that anywhere in the website.

property was very well taken care of but certain unots had AC and others did not, even if they were jr suites. beds were comfortable but the pillows were hard as bags of salt. I would recommend this place just bring your own pillows just to be safe and make your your room has AC.

The grounds are beautiful but the villas need lots of work done. One of my windows didn’t have a lock. No A/C, the pull out beds are hard as a rock. Mosquitoes inside the bathrooms. The front doors locks is loose. Not handicapped accessible. Way too many stairs. Would not stay here again.

Property itself was in a great location, but hotel needs alot of upgrades , rooms didnt have a/c or microwave or mini fridge, no ice machines on any floor, had to call to get towels that should've been in room already. Windows could be better secured and definitely needs more power outlets especially bed side. But staff was great. Would i stay there again, not likely, unless it gets a renovation
