The building of my childhood awaits you, we have it with my partner and our daughter completely renovated, designed in line with today's challenges. Comfortable and functional, perfect for a large family, it can accommodate up to 10 people; this cottage has been designed to accommodate people with reduced mobility: convertible sofa intended for this use, bathroom located on the ground floor, also baby equipment available (high chair, travel cot, bathtub).
It is located at the bottom of a hamlet. From season to season, in a preserved bocage, a biodiversity is very present as evidenced by the 1st Agri-ecological Prize obtained in 2017.
For lovers of the countryside, calm and wide open spaces, in the middle of the fields to escape with family, friends, discover the landscape, our beautiful heritage, bicycles are available to take paths, roads ....
Its 10,000 m2 garden with a secure swimming pool with detectors, available (7m x 3.50m) for your use (open from June to September), its terrace surrounded by flowers and trees to enjoy the sun and shade. A moment outdoors with a summer room where life will be good, barbecue, ping pong table, darts ... games for all ages.
You can share your stay with the Miss Cocottes who will devour your food waste and offer you their eggs in exchange. On the surrounding plots graze our Charolais: sheep and cows in complete peace.
Also Bella, endearing, knows how to be admired, she who has not been qualified for races, now spends her days in complete peace waiting for tenderness and kindness. On the ground floor: two steps provide access to the accommodation, a large corridor which serves a kitchen - dining room, a living room and a bathroom with toilet.

Upstairs: a landing with a living room and a television which serves four bedrooms (3 bedrooms with a double bed of 140 x 190 cm and a bedroom with a double bed of 160 x 200 cm), a bathroom (shower unusable following damage by travelers from 07/17/2024 to 07/24/2024) with toilet.

Outside: a private courtyard with a summer kitchen, a garden shared with the owners, parking within the property and the possibility of walking in a 1 hectare garden.
