Probably one of the best hotels in Tirana, amazing location. Wonderful spa, only negative was the reception tried to say we had room only booked, rather than with breakfast, so i had to dig out my booking and no apology was made. Other than that, loved it

The hotel is centrally located in the heart of the city, across the road from the airport shuttles, making it easy to explore all that Tirana has to offer. The room was clean, modern, and well-appointed, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was nice. It offered a variety of dishes. The only downside was my room didnā€™t lock when left the room. I forgot to mention this to reception so Iā€™m assuming it was some sort of glitch. I left my valuables in the safe so it didnā€™t bother me. Overall excellent hotel and Iā€™d recommend and will return to again

Within minutes walk to the main tourist sites of Tirana & the big main mall being directly across the road. The airport bus is 2mins walk if you didnā€™t want to get a taxi too. The room was very well sized. AC worked perfectly & was hardly noticeable sound wise. All of the towels were starting to show their age & were showing threads at the end, but they were still clean & soft. If youā€™re a light sleeper then you may need some ear plugs as we were on the 10th floor but could still hear the light hum of traffic. Good top floor bar with excellent views & breakfast restaurant had plenty of tasty freshly cooked options.

Cold, expensive but perfect location.
Suite was cold and uncomfortable. Beds were good. Bathroom connects to bedroom with windows which is annoying as my husband was trying to sleep and lightnin the bathroom glares in. Check in was unwelcoming. Its overpriced for what it is. Melia and intercontinental are being built and inwould suggest staying there. Location is amazing.

Definitely a 5 star Hotel .
You wont go wrong booking this hotel . Definitely a 5 star property. Excellent location for exploring the city woth a good upstairs bar for relaxing at night and enjoying the city lights . Our room was always cleaned perfectly and generous with amenities.

Great location, stylish and clean. The only down side is that our NON-Smoking room had a smell of smoke as soon as you walked in. You could especially smell it on the curtains. I have an extremely sensitive smell and this was a huge disappointment especially because we paid good amount of money for a suite. The views were nice. I would not stay here again.
