The room was not cleaned for two days, it was useless to remind them about cleaning the room. Water is only given in 0.5l small bottles once a day, asking for additional bottles is useless and paid. At the hotel, the employee at breakfast is so intrusive, does not allow you to sit down and eat normally, does not allow you to choose a dish normally, she just climbs into the plate every minute, runs and attracts additional attention to herself, a very unpleasant person. I felt as if I was eating in prison, and this employee does not allow you to relax and have a snack. She constantly talks loudly, very annoying!

I had an excellent stay at the Mercure Hotel in Tirana. The hotel is beautifully designed, comfortable, and very welcoming. Special thanks to Antonella, who went above and beyond to make our visit memorable—she was incredibly helpful, and full of great recommendations. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Tirana!

Five stars alin every aspect but the location is outside the city centre on a motorway. Taxi are cheap and easily available though and the staff go above and beyond.

This was our first ever visit to Albania and it surpassed all of our expectations and we are already looking to plan another visit. The staff here were simply amazing and extremely helpful. They made our stay one to remember I wish I could give them all a mention by name that was how good they were down to the breakfast host Adrianna and the housekeeper Hatcher. What a well put together team you have at this hotel. We literally just missed out on trying out the rooftop pool as we came just out of season but that didn’t have any impact on our stay here. We were local to the shops and the bus stop where we even navigated around the city of Tirana which was fun. The whole experience is one that we will remember and would love to return soon!!!

A wonderful hotel. Not too far from the airport and close enough to a shopping center to exchange money if need be or get a few shopping done. Also, the staff are lovely, the breakfast is great, the environs is safe and the hotel is very neat. Would totally recommend and if I do visit Albania again, I will be staying with them.

Overall it was good stay. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness was good. Breakfast was decent. I was given a room with a connecting room. It was not soundproofed and TV noise from the other room was quite irritating. My advice would be to avoid having a connecting room.

An excellent hotel with a wonderful roof top pool. It is located on a noisy road but Tirana is generally very busy with traffic. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. We would recommend and return.

Clean and attractive hotel. Closer to the airport, but removed from City Centre. Rooftop restaurant & pool are lovely. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of variety. Chef was extremely friendly and welcoming.

This is a new hotel with excellent facilities. The service provided by the staff should make Mercure proud of its pedigree. Dennis in the restaurant in the evening and Andriana in the breakfast room made themselves indispensable.

It was truly a wonderful experience to be there ! The hotel is newly made and located in between the airport & the center. The staff were friendly and highly professional that completed my stay. The "Basil Restaurant" inside the hotel - delicious fresh foods, not overpriced. Breakfast menue comes with varieties of choice with local & international foods. Andriana & her team deserve a five star ⭐ for their hospitable and smiling attitude. I would highly recommend this hotel, Best wishes !
