Worst Management- Hotels.com should remove
False advertisement. Rooms do not have AC. We were given a fan and told to open the balcony door for fresh air. We were promptly robbed and the hotel could have cared less- the owner actually blamed us! We promptly called hotels.com and your rep contacted the owner and he agreed that he was incredibly rude and was going to ask that the hotel be pulled from your listings.s

Aussicht und Essen vom Feinsten
Ein Hotel an schönster Lage mit Aussicht auf das ganze Meranerland. Alles sehr sauber. Frühstücksbuffet an dem nichts fehlt. Super Koch, der das Nachtessen zu einem Erlebnis der besonderer Art macht. Der SPA Bereich mit Massagen und Beauty Angeboten ist eher weniger zu empfehlen. "Fachkraft" eher überfordert. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig und alle mit Aussicht ins Tal.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, das Mobiliar alt und das Bett bzw. die Matratze hart wie Stein. Die Zimmer waren jedoch sehr sauber. Die Aussicht auf Meran vom Balkon sowie vom Frühstücksraum aus ist atemberaubend schön. Das Personal ist mehrheitlich freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Essen schmeckte sehr gut. Auf Sonderwünsche beim Essen (vegetarisch) wurde stets eingegangen & eine Alternative geboten. Die Sprudeldüsen im Pool waren defekt, ist wohl schon länger bekannt wurde aber nicht behoben. Alles in allem i.O., würden jedoch nicht wieder hingehen.

Einfach wunderbar
Aufenthalt war einfach wunderbar. Aussicht phänomenal ! Abends äußerst schmackhaftes 6 Gang Menü. Suuuper Service ! Tiefgarage sehr geräumig und auch noch kostenlos. Sehr zu empfehlen: Junior-Suite mit Panorama-Balkon. Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.

Panorama Blick vom Zimmer dies war jedoch erst nach dem Stockwerk Wechsel (mit Aufpreis ) verbunden. Zimmer mit Balkon gibt Ausblick auf die Wiese . Essen sehr gut sowie Personal. Bar vorhanden aber nicht im Betrieb

Schönes Hotel mit fantastischem Ausblick
Das Hotel liegt am Ende der kleinen Fußgängerzone in der Dorfmitte von Dorf Tirol. Die Zimmer und der Garten vermitteln einen tollen Ausblick auf Meran, das Etschtal und den unteren Vinschgau. Das Hotel verfügt über einen Innen- und Außenpool, letzterer ebenfalls mit tollem Ausblick. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend. Größe und Möblierung des im tiroler Stil gehaltenen Zimmers waren überdurchschnittlich. Speziell der große Balkon mit Lounge Möbeln ist hervorzuheben. Die Sauberkeit war genau so wie der Service tadellos.

Kurzaufenthalt in bester Lage
Lage des Hotels ideal, Blick über das ganze Tal, zentral gelegen, sehr ruhig; wir hatten zwei Panorama-Zimmer mit Balkon /Terrasse, mit Frühstück. Aussenpool war nicht beheizt - aufgrund herrlichen Wetters aber egal; Indoor Pool beheizt. Frühstücksraum am Dach mit schöner Aussicht - Frühstücksbuffet bestens, Personal sehr freundlich. Autozufahrt bis Tiefgarage perfekt. Insgesamt entsprach das Hotel den Erwartungen, allerdings wirkt es in allen Bereichen doch schon ziemlich abgewohnt, trotzdem war Preis/Leistung ok.
