El hotel limpio y pues para dormir está bien, no mas los muebles viejísimos y las camas bastante sencillas, pero eso si no hay cucarachas y está limpio

Reservamos una habitación de 2 camas Queen y una individual y no existía solo de 3 camas individuales. Muchas hormigas en la habitación. Sin cortina en el baño. El clima hacía muchísimo ruido. Muy amable el resepcionista. Muy buena ubicación.

Fueron muy amables en esperar nuestra llegada tan tarde Lamentablemente el hotel está en muy malas condiciones, olor a cañería en el baño, colchones con los resortes saltados, sin seguridad en las puertas y ventanas, regadera sucia, sin señal de wifi aunque lo incluyen. Adicionalmente la habitación estaba sobre un bar y el ruido no nos dejó dormir. Recomiendo a Expedía quitarlo de su lista de opciones

Todo el hotel en pésimas condicionan , Cuarto ofrecidos también deplorable, arguyendo el precio?? Logramos nos cambiaron otro un poco mejor y de mayor precio , ruido excesivo x música auspiciada x el hotel. Sin personal adecuado nunca contestaban teléfono, y no sabían contestar mínimos de turismo local, y huéspedes merecen, respeto e información, sin importar el precio. dijeron no recibir el depósito de mi tarjeta ?? X ustedes?? Favor de aclarar, ya que mi experiencia con ustedes era positiva y x eso la utilizamos saludos y gracias

Si vas con amigos eso te puede servir porque en la parte de abajo puedes encontrar la cantina más grande del mundo y música las veinticuatro horas, si vas con tu familia nunca dormirás en relación al hotel deja mucho que desear aunque el personal se esmera por atenderte y dar solución es imposible ya que está mal en sus instalaciones y mobiliario
