Small room but convenient location
The room is right size for solo traveller but not for couple. The hotel lobby is small and can get rather messy when it is filled with luggage and travellers. Limited space to move to lift lobby. The good thing about the hotel is the location. Keisei skyliner entrance is less than 2 mins walk away.

The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. I had to transport my luggage to my next hotel, along with receive rental equipment from a rental service. The hotel staff helped me manage all of it without trouble. The rooms were clean and the cleaning staff supplied me with clean towels daily. My only complaint was that the pillows are not very comfortable. Overall, an enjoyable stay and I will recommend the area to friends looking to visit Tokyo.

Very close to Ueno Station and very convenient to Narita Airport. Ueno Park is next to the hotel door. Only one thing to mention that you have to pay extra money to bring your luggage to your room, or otherwise you have to put your luggage in the hotel lobby.
