The location was absolutely perfect! Both the metro and the bus stations are within a 3-min walk from the hotel. The room is very small but serves its purpose. The price through Expedia is worth it! Highly recommend!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel was very clean and quiet, no noisy guests. Staff were wonderful, always friendly and wanting to help. The room was much smaller than we are use to, but then we did not spend a lot of time in our room. The room itself was very clean and exceptionally efficient. The bed sat higher off the ground so that luggage would fit underneath. The bed was very firm but superbly comfortable. The only complaint we had was the laundry facilities. There was only a small handful of machines to service 31 floors with potentially hundreds of people at any one time.

Overall, the hotel was nice and clean. The only problem I had was with the Lawson Japanese male cashier who was extremely rude and yelling at me and the foreigner cashier. I was short on cash so the foreigner cashier had to cancel the transaction and needed help on how to do so. The rude guy got frustrated and took over and started yelling at me, give me MONEY! MONEY! when I had already paid the other cashier. He was the rudest person I've ever encountered in my entire life.

This is a nice property. The staff is very helpful. The property itself is beautiful and the area is very quiet. It is only 0.5 m from the subway station. It is very convenient to travel.
