Repeated stay at this hotel. Service is the same as usual. Convenient location for food and transport, and not as busy as the main Shunjuku area - but still walkable. I wish the sento will have longer hours of operation though. This stay was also my first time needing to extend the check out timing as i slept in late. extension can be done form the TV within seconds. so it is very easy. I believe they can courier your luggage too if needed. Will come back again.

Not my first time staying here. I normally book this hotel if i am in tokyo. It is not too far form Shinjuku station, but you wont get the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku. Many dining options and convenience stores nearby. Will definitely come back again. I only wish that the sento opens till 1 or 2 am for the night, and till about 12pm for the morning session. I normally miss the timings from a night out and sleeping in.

I liked the onsen. Its quiet and just a bit away from the busiest areas of Shinjuku to avoid the crowds. Directions to hotel from Shinjuku station will be useful for first time travelers.

This is a small discount hotel located in a very convenient area of Shinjuku. They also have a nice onsen spa. The rooms are very small but sufficient for short stays. The main hallways of the hotel on each floor are not heated so the temperature is very cold inside except for the rooms and lobby!

This Hotel is in a area that has many things to do, very walkable, very open neighborhood. Large park right behind the Hotel. Restaurants and stores everywhere. The rooms are small however very functional. If you need a taxi, walk out in front, bam your going.

The hotel is in a great location, and clean but the rooms are very small. Perhaps I’m just accustomed to US standards but I wish I paid more attention the room size before booking. If the room size is not important to you, then its a perfectly fine hotel.
