The view from our room on the 15th floor was amazing. The naighbouthood is very lively and full of western style bars, it gets a bit quieter about 200 meters from the hotel. I had the feeling the hotel is in the exact center of the busy/clubbing/drinking/most touristy area. The room we booked was very small (one double bed) and the decor was a bit dated.

The location of this hotel is the best part of it. 4 minutes walk from Shinjuku Station, and you can go to any places in Tokyo from there.

I’m trying to understand why the hall way is hot but other floors are fully AC. Are there specified floors for ppl of color? It’s really difficult not to automatically think that way. It’s a bit sad though. On the flip side, food is edible and fulling, room was clean and comfy. We visited in September and it was extremely sweltering hot. And that 3rd floor hall way opened to the outside elements. I hated that.

It's a nice location with everything that you need. It's quiet at night and super safe. We would wake up at 3am due to jet lag and still could find food that is open 24 hours. Really nice staff too. Be patient as some of them are learning English!

The room is ridiculously small; after opening the luggage between the bed and the door, there is practically no space to walk around the room. The AC blows directly toward the bed; either you have turn it off and suffer in the humidity or turn it on and get sick because of that cold air blowing at you.

Good location, fair price.
Hotel is good and in a great location. Breakfast was just ok and check out time is 10am!! Which is earlier than average. You can extend it by 2000¥ per hour which is a bit odd due to check out time. Rooms are smalllll. And during the night on the side streets of the hotel is very sketchy people approaching you.
