I have nothing negative to say. Room was nice, clean and comfortable; It was small, but I knew that when I booked it, and because of the large luggage we had ( 2 large and 3 small) made it a bit challenging at times. Breakfast was good. Dinner at the Restaurant was very good .

A great hotel with great amenities and great location. Within 10 min walk from 2 metro stations. Staff were amazing and very helpful. The only thing though is that the rooms are very tight for 2 people and you’d barely have enough space for your suitcases since there isn’t a closet. Other than that no complaints

Nice hotel, breakfast was one of the best hotel included breakfast. Rooms are compact and so is the hotel restaurant but probably typical for Tokyo. Plenty of good inexpensive and expensive dinning opportunities in walking distance

I already shared a review. Place is too crowded. The entrance of the hotel is full of people with a lot of luggages and it is noisy. It's hard to walk by sometimes. Elevators are crowded. Laundry area is crowded and noisy. Olathe area in front of the hotel has litter. Rooms are too small, hardly enough room to open up a big standard luggage. Staff is very helpful and, kind, and courteous.

The hotel is usually crowded; especially the entrance which is usually noisy, and full of people trying to leave or pick up luggages, check in/out, or just hanging out there waiting. There are a lot of luggages in the hall. The street outside the hotel has litter. People gather around the laundry and are noisy. The rooms are fully equipped but are very small. There is hardly enough room to open a standard big luggage in the room. The staff is kind, very courteous and helpful.

Close to night life and convenience stores. Laundry room does not have very sufficient washing and dry capabilities. Hotel is noisier than most due to volume of people and area that it is located

Not my best time at a APA. I’ve stayed at an APA in Kyoto and they set the standards high leaving me thinking every APA would be amazing. No. Asked for extra pillows multiple times because they were never brought to my room the first time and had the audacity to tell me to come to the front desk to get the pillows. Did not leave complimentary water after cleaning the room everyday. Wish it could have been a better stay. And I think all APA’s should follow the same protocols.
