The rooms were pretty clean with a nice large desk and curtains, and the staff was very helpful while checking in and out. There were also many amenities that were useful during the stay. The only downside was that our room lacked a good view. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay near Tokyo Tower and Shibuya Crossing, both of which were easily accessible by walking or taxi.

Staff was Fantastic. Helped ship our bags between hotels. Very informative and happy. The x07 and x10 rooms are huge. Restaurant for breakfast is adjoining building and goid thai style breakfast with nice staff. The location is outstanding. EZ access to everything and a subway station a block away. Very safe area. Room may feel a bit dated but is very nicely appointed.

It’s a place for us to sleep. We didn’t interact much as we were always out and about but the few times we did, they were very helpful. It’s comfortable and clean, but very tight. You see some people leave stuff outside their rooms due to no space such as stroller, chair, and even air cleaner.

Great hotel!
Me and my family absolutely loved this hotel, great location, great views, staff was super friendly and always willing to help. Rooms were super clean, sized accordingly for a family of 4. We had the breakfast buffet at their restaurant and it was delicious, my kids loved it! 2 minutes away from subway station!

2 min walk from train station. Plenty of food options with 5 min walk. Family mart 2 min away. Sleeping clothes available every night. Staff was very helpful. They helped with luggage sent to the next hotel. So easy and convenient. Great value.

Not a good stay
We booked a large two twin and a sofa bed but got the one without the sofa bed. When i ask they finally gavr us a mew room with the sofa bed since we need it for a family of 4. Two adults and two kids. The room has a strong oder. Carpet just feels sticky. The breakfast we paid end up only include for adults and kids we had to pay extra or use our adult coupins for the kids. Beds were hard and sleep wasn't confortable for a hotel name Comfort Inn.

The hotel is well situated near of everything, restaurants, shops, massages, FamilyMarket. The Staff are very nice! The Roos a little small as in all Japón but clean and nice. Ti ‘‘tis recommend.

Pros: This hotel is very close to the subway which is a plus. I also noticed that many families with small children stay here. The front staff is very welcoming and sweet. They offer free coffee during the day. Pajamas, razor, and toothbrushes are offered in the lobby. They will take care of your luggages so you can enjoy the city. They assisted me with sending my luggage to the airport, but the wrong form was used. I was able to solve the issue by calling Yamato Transport. Cons: The room smells due to lack of air circulation. You are not allowed to open the window. When I got there I made sure to keep my door open, turn on the AC, and start the humidifier. I also used the fabric freshener that they provide to remove the smell. The next day, I didn’t notice the smell anymore. There is only 1 washer and dryer. The dryer did not fully dry my clothes after 1 hour and 30 mins. I purchased the breakfast for my week stay, which I do not recommend. The breakfast is provided by a Thailand Food restaurant that is in the 1st floor. The food is great for a one day breakfast option, because they never change the limited food options. In my opinion, it is not worth the 1500 yen they now charge. If you have a picky eater child, the restaurant will also not be a good option. Once again the front staff was extremely sweet and helpful. They will try their best to help you. They are the best part of this hotel. But due to the cons, I would not stay here again.

Ok hotel close to subway
Nice place, on par with most other Japanese hotels in terms of helpfulness, friendliness and cleanliness, but woudnt bother with the breakfast (unless you are into Thai food!!). Lack of window opening meant we had aircon on all the time, which made us cough badly each morning.
