Place was not clean (found multiple hairs in the bathroom). There was black mold on the bathroom sink and oddly placed coverups for damaged parts of the room.. Complained to staff and got a different room; however, it was still poorly cleaned. Won't stay here again.
The staff is friendly and helpful and always ready to help and the location is perfect. However, the rooms leave much to be desired and - in the summer - the poor quality of the air conditioning makes the conditions inside the room nearly unbearable. Otherwise a decent hotel for short-term stays
Great stay. Front desk was very nice and welcoming. Room is a bit small but that is what you expect in Japan - I had top floor city view which was nice—I had stayed here before and didn’t have a city view and both rooms were perfect for what I needed. Clean, easy, I’m a big guy so it’s small space but definitely great for the price point. Also Greta location next to subway. I would stay here again - no major complaints - a minor issue is that I stayed in room 1308 and it had very little room to sit on the bathroom (it was right next to the wall). I managed just fine! Thank you for a lovely stay - quiet, clean, and good value for the price. Keep in mind if you want an American style room you will need to stay at a more mainstream hotel chain/brand - doable but you pay for it. Great front desk staff (helped me print my visa for Vietnam during my first stay there)
The room is clean & very small. But near fun area, very hard to find a vacant hotel during high seasons in this area. Do not have room for luggages & clothes.

The room was really small. It would be good to have the beds raised to store our suitcases. I felt sick maybe claustrophobic after a while.
They are ready to help you. The later or evening shift staffs was more helpful to me probably because I’m basis or they are less busy. The morning staffs look’s like they get overwhelmed sometimes. Overall it’s a great experience for what I intend to do. The place is NOT Japan 4 star hotel that you can hangout at your hotel or Vegas hotel that you can do a lot.
Hotel was dirty overall. Elevators had bugs and bug spray stains. Dirty carpets. Room walls and curtains were old and filthy. Room windows don’t open and room smelled terrible and musty.
