The front-desk staff is very friendly and helpful, as is the shuttle driver and the staff who assisted with a laundry request and a lightbulb issue in our bathroom. We loved our stay at the hotel. The onsite 7-Eleven is so convenient, and the grounds are absolutely beautiful. The room was large and clean. The hotel is close to Shinagawa Station, so it was nice to have a quiet place to stay after a long day in the busy city. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again if we have the opportunity. Even with a 4-night stay, we didn't have time to try everything the hotel has to offer.

This is our second time staying with them. It’s not only beautiful hotel itself, the service is speechless. Outstanding, fantastic. I can’t find a word to use. For example, After we walked from Shinagawa station, after a 10hours flight, sweaty and probably not smelling the best, they gave us scented cloths to cool down. It was a life saver. The room was on the smaller side but clean. One thing, it’s generally speaking, the walls and floors are thin. So you will hear everything. But usually it stops 10 or 11pm. However sometimes if you are unlucky people might stay up until 3-4am like the people above us. With all of my family having jet lag and our daughter being sick, it was a bit tough. So we talked about it with the receptionist and they accommodated us right away with no hesitations. This is Japan. We were so relieved and had a great sleep. We couldn’t appreciated more. This is just one of the many positive things to happen to us. Overall, they are the BEST! Highly highly recommend!! We will be staying with them every time when we come back for the visit.
