Love how there were multiple bathrooms on all the floors so you dont need to time your shower. The staff were helpful and kept it as clean as possible, but there were some loud, messy guest staying.

Most aspects of this place are great but I think the only real fault is the price. It cost about 14500 yen when I booked and I’ve just stayed in a place that cost only 4500 yen and is very much on par. Overall a very nice stay though and I understand sometimes things have to be more expensive to cover unseen costs!

The rooms are a bit smaller than expected but it is Japan and the bathrooms are separate from the room itself its not complaining just a heads up, will book again if I head to Shibuya

Amazing location! About 12 min walk from Shibuya Station or Ebisu Station, both with great transfer options. They give you free drink ticketsfor every night you're there and the options for the drinks are really good. They offer towels, pjs, cream, toothbrush, every toiletry you can think of as well as free umbrella rental. There's also a lounge on the top floor with a coffee and water machine and various teas. The staff was very helpful and curtious. The rooms were quiet and offered great soundful sleep with the ear plugs and eye mask given. The only downside would be the size of the lockers as they on the smaller side.

We started in a private room with private bathroom and it was AWESOME! Very hip hotel, with accommodations for solo budget travelers as well. It was so very xlean, the food was delicious, very western style food, but very very good! The only complaint i have is, on my birthday no less, the bar manager stood at the bar talking to one if his vuddies and we sat with no service for about 20 minutes. Another table arrived and they were greated before we were. I'd suggest a no phone policy, as he was also texting, but also that patrons get the treatment they pay for- dinner options aren't cheap. BUT!!! I highly recommend the hotel! Going to the 7th floor to watch the sunrise while shooting pool was also really cool for my son and myself! Thanks, Hotel Graphy!!

I booked a last minute solo room with a private bathroom and it exceeded my expectations. The staff is excellent and the restaurant/bar is decent albeit with very little variety. They have amenities/toiletries in the lobby that you can use (free, except for the PJ’s that must be returned). The only draw back is that it’s 10-15 minutes away from the closest train station.

Staff are fantastic, facilities are well maintained, attached bar/restaurant is cheap and provides great dining options and the location is barely a walk from Shibuya crossing. Top floor has a pool table and outdoor area. This Hostel would benefit from organised walking tours or bar crawls that guest can sign up and meet new people at. Overall the stay was perfect.

The staffs are helpful, even though there's a bit language barrier, but very helpful. The double room I was stayed in was nice, be mind though if you have a big luggage, it's not suitable for this hotel, only for few nights is okay to stay in for backpackers.The area was nice enough, around 10 minutes walk from Shibuya station.

I was worried about not having my own bathroom or shower but the amenities and the cleanliness of the shared spaces made this hotel a wonderful experience. Staff and facilities are top notch at the best location in Tokyo.
