A nice convenient location, close to subway stations and Tokyo train station. Very friendly staff and nice breakfast buffet and lounge service with free evening rice soup. Only downside is the hotel room is really tiny as usual in Tokyo.

The hotel was clean. Two lounge shirts, pants and slippers were provided for use inside the hotel room, which was a nice touch. The location was fantastic: a 10 minute walk to Tokyo Station and a 1 min walk to Ginza line train. I dislike the air conditioning requires a room key in slot to operate. When we arrive at hotel after exploring all day, we have to turn on the AC each time. Although room is small and cools down quick.
