The service was not good at all compared to the three other hotels we stayed at in Japan. Room was filthy, restroom was not cleaned (very clearly not cleaned). When asked to get switched. Staff came upstairs too look at the room and did not apologize once. It seemed like a total inconvenience. They do not help with luggage and check in/out process was very unprofessional.

In the heart of shopping district of Ginza. Short walk to Tsukiji and metro stations. Location is great. Decent size room and as expected very clean. Hotel breakfast is awesome and we enjoyed it a lot.

This hotel closed to ginza six. Walkable to Tokyo station. Breakfast buffet is on second floor and seven eleven is on first floor. Very convenient. Must stay in this hotel. We will stay there again. Hotel staff are very polite and helpful.

We stayed here for 15 nights very comfortably! The rooms were big compared to what’s on offer in Tokyo, good sized studio for a couple. Very convenient location, right around the corner from Ginza Six and Ginza station, 7-11 and Family Mart right downstairs and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Much prefer staying in Ginza to Shinjuku/Shibuya!
