The reception was super friendly and understanding. I was there early to drop off my baggage. The receptionist immediately asked if I needed to keep my luggage there before I even asked. Good shops and restaurants around and easy to get to the subway.

Located 450m away from JR Gotanda Station East Exit. Located near Marques Petite grocery (24-hr open). Restaurants, shops are within 500m radius. Hotel provides daily change of towels and robe.

potential to be better
location away from 2 stations ,converted apartments? needed to leave the toilet door open to sit on it so small ,recently converted ,renovated. staff need to move away from the japanese style check in when checking in guest from overseas as they miss out on lots of opportunities for the top score with good first impressions. a hello then konbawa would have served better
