We booked this hotel for one night as we arrived from overseas to Japan but we wish we would have stayed for longer. We traveled as a family, 3 adults, two small kids, and a toddler. In front of the property there is a beautiful park next to a view point of the bay, a 5min walk. We took the kids for an afternoon playground time before dinner. The hotel offers shuttle to closest train station, and even though we were not there to go to Disney, we learned they also offer shuttle to Disney park. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We used the hotel’s concierge service to send our luggage to our next destination. If we visit Japan again and our first stop is Disney we would definitely consider staying at this hotel.

Overall a great hotel to visit Disney resort. Nice and clean with spacious rooms. Friendly staff who can also speak English. Free shuttle bus to Disney resort and Train station. Take about 10 minutes to station and AEON mall. Highly recommended if you plan to visit Disney resort.

we love our stay here! Huge spacious room, super clean. very comfortable beds and very fluffy towels and great supply of everything we need from skincare to PJs! Pretty quiet too. Aircon works well. We were able to have good rest after big days out. they also got free shuttle to Disneyland & Disneysea & train station. There are of course hotels closer to Disney or central Tokyo but this one offers great value for money and Tokyo’s amazing train system means you can get anyway pretty quickly any way. Very friendly and courteous staff. just a short walk to a few shops and restaurants.

Overall the hotel was great, comfy beds, quiet rooms, excellent service, coin laundry on every floor, great location close to restaurants and convenience stores. Nice walking areas near the ocean. The only downsides were some of the amenities like the rooftop bar and sushi restaurant were closed the whole time we were there.

Hyatt in Tokyo Bay amazed my daughter and I on our first visit to Japan. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. We had some bad experiences in Osaka and coming back to Tokyo our spirit was renewed because of this hotel, the location and everything around it. Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay is the most beautiful hotel I have visited in my life. When I come back to Japan I will always stay here.

Highly recommend this Hotel if you visiting Disneyland and Disney park. Room were super clean and all the staff at the lobby were very professional and respectful. I love the Disney and train station free shuttle bus which just so convenient. Will definitely come back to Hyatt if coming back to Japan.

There’s a shuttle bus to and fro Disneyland and Disneysea so it’s great if you’re going there. The room is huge and the price point is decent. But if you’re looking to shop around, there’s nothing much around the vicinity but there’s a mall nearby which you can take the shuttle bus there.
