This hotel is 5 stars. For the price, you get way more than what you pay for. From the professional staff, the fancy rooms, airport shuttle, the breakfast buffet what else could you ask for. We stood here for 7 days and enjoyed everyday there. When I come back to Tokyo I will be staying here again.

Beautiful hotel. Staff were really helpful. Mainly for fights. I needed a nice space before a long journey. I used the gym, which was perfect for my stay. I am vegan, the breakfast options were quite limited.

Ive now stayed in a few hotels across Japan, and this one had my favorite bathroom setup It was Japanese style (bathtub shared the same room with the shower) wasnt overly big, but was far from small. How it was setup you dont have to worry about water leaking out like some designs. The breakfast buffett was extraordinary too, the selection was very wide to accommodate multiple different pallets while still having the Japanese food on display ( Japanese pancakes are great) check in was somwhat difficult due to the hotel needing to 'buzz' you into the building (afterwars you use your room key) however, i see that as an added security not a problem. Staff was very helpful when it came time to checkout and filled out my yamato delivery service forms for my luggage to reach its next destination (being unfamiliar with the form i was worried id fill it out incorrectly)
