What a wonderful hotel! Pleasantly surprised by the size of the rooms, having been in Japan for 2 weeks. Staff were mostly helpful, and the area around the hotel is excellent for shopping and also quick transport to other areas of Tokyo. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Location is very convenient, station exit is right next to the hotel. There’s taxi waiting in front of the hotel. Convenient stores are just around the corner. The staff is friendly. Check in was very quick. There’s also self check in/ out machine if you don’t want to wait.

A bit overpriced for the size
This hotel was pretty good overall but for the size I'd say it's priced a bit too high. The room was somewhat cramped but it was mostly clean and quiet. The room did show signs of some distress and could use a bit of sprucing such as a scraped up glass coffee table that appeared to have been used for a fun night or two. The location is great though with it being in central Ginza - a vibrant and upscale shopping district.

Great amenities with a spacious bathtub in our room. The check-in and checkout process was quick and simple. Hotel staff was fantastic our entire stay. The room came with blackout curtains and was easy to sleep. Very easy to get to and from the metro and train stations with luggage as there is an elevator right outside the doors. Overall a very convenient, comfortable, and relaxing place to stay in a very busy and bustling city.

Rooms were a little small, so if you're traveling with multiple pieces of large luggage, just beware. The lobby is beautiful with a fresh flower arrangement right at the front door. Staff was attentive and efficient with helping us check in and out. Location is conveniently located in Ginza and very walkable to multiple bus stops and subway stations. The only one that takes longer to get to is Tokyo Station (15-20 min walk) Shopping and dining options in the area are aplenty.

Comfortable and clinical. Location is excellent, in fact that’s the beauty of this place. Rooms are sufficient, clean, eco. As there are no facilities in this hotel, it’s hard to rate anything else. The restaurant is usually undermanned, but no worries, you are surrounded by restaurants anyway. Trains are easily accessible.

Excellent hotel. Friendly staff and service. Easily walkable to multiple train lines, restaurants, and shopping areas. Even had the opportunity to go the fish market multiple mornings because of the proximity to the hotel. We stayed in the superior twin room that was more spacious than I anticipated for a hotel in Tokyo for 2 people. Much quieter location compared to other areas of Tokyo. I would recommend this hotel for your future travels.

I booked a Non-smoking room but the room I was given smelled so smoky. They moved us to another room but it was still smoky. Both rooms are very very dark. Even if in the daytime, it feels like evening when the curtain is fully open. We had to talk to them again. They moved us to a third room on a higher floor, which was bright and non-smoky. The restaurants in this area are all very small. You don’t get lots of choices other than ramen. And they are all very expensive. This hotel does not offer free coffee or water at the lobby. And they did not provide any map about things to do in this area, which is hard for the tourists. The staff are nice though.
