The bathroom in both rooms were not clean; a strong urine smell near toilet and moldy smell in shower. The rooms were never cleaned, even though front desk confirmed that housekeeping is scheduled for every third night (we stayed 5 days).

Excellent location, close to all the shops in Ginza and a station. Our favourite thing was the massage chair in the room - definitely needed after all the walking in Tokyo! The staff were very polite and it was pleasure to stay here - would definitely stay here if we came back to Tokyo. The only odd thing is that they were very particular about the breakfast coupon - they made my 65+ mother stand at the restaurant entrance because she forgot her breakfast coupon in the room, they didn’t let her even sit with us until we got the coupon - it was very strange and rude.

We enjoyed our stay here! I’d recommend this hotel. The front desk staff are very polite and helpful to Americans. The breakfast buffet was simply wonderful. The rooms are a bit small, but that is to be expected. The toilets are advanced, as is the shower, which is also spacious. One thing about the room’s AC—there is a slightly hidden button to turn it on, which we didn’t realize in our first two nights here and it was mystifyingly hot because of that. Be sure to press the button to turn it on!

The location of the hotel was great . It was walkable to GINZA station and Shimbashi station . The staff were very helpful, friendly and can communicate well in English . It’s walking distance to Don Quijote and Family Mart. It’s very clean and modern Hotel . I recommend this place anyone that loves to go shopping.

The hotel has a wonderful location: super close to Ginza, Donki and convenience stores! Staffs are fluent in English and very friendly! The room is not really spacious but definitely good enough for two adults & our luggages! They do have a breakfast buffet service in the hotel’s own restaurant but only a few options were available (and a little bit pricey to be honest). Overall super recommended!!

Great location
Great location and good costumer service, but the rooms are extremely small and don’t have a closet. We were only two and it was very uncomfortable to move around because the only space we had was big enough to fit our two suitcases and a bag, nothing else. Bed was a little hard too.

Perfect stay
We arrived at the hotel 9:50am and we knew the checkin time was 2pm. We asked for earlier check in. The best they could do was 11am with 1500 yen per hour. So we paid 4500 yen and had to wait for an hour. Apparently charging per hour is very common in Japan. Other than this, the hotel was perfect. Rooms, although small, were very clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable and shower pressure was awesome. Had all different chargers in the desk drawer. We stayed 5 nights and could not fault. Location in my opinion is best. Very close to Shimbashi and Ginza. You can pretty much go anywhere with no chnageover.
