Overall this was a wonderful stay- the rooms are well appointed and luxurious and the spa was a highlight. I found the staff here less friendly than the staff at the Ritz Carlton Tokyo which to me sets the bar for hospitality in Tokyo. The location is convenient but not beautiful.

My daughter (15) and I loved this hotel. The location was incredibly convenient, and the staff was phenomenal. They helped us arrange a lovely harbor cruise and dinner with another family we met with teens at the very last minute. The hotel starts on the 28th floor of the building, so the views of the city from the guest rooms and the breakfast/cocktail lounge are sensational. The neighborhood is also wonderful for morning walks/running. We will definitely stay there again the next time we are in Tokyo.

Shangri-La never disappoints with their service
Staff was very friendly and professional with my requests. From laundry to concierge to bell services, they were attentive and quick to service. The staff at the restaurant was also very attentive and great at remembering what I liked to drink for breakfast.

A lovely hotel very close to Tokyo central station and conveniently located beside the airport limousine bus service. 5 star quality and service throughout the property, A little curiously, there was a small surcharge for entering the hotel bar when they had a live performer there.

I stay Shangri-La Hotel Tokyo every time I go to Tokyo. This time I booked a room with Horizon Club access. Check-in, cocktail time and breakfast were all enjoyed in a different atmosphere than usual.
