Waking distance from Shibuya station to many F&B options and shopping. Hotel decent however very small in space. We were 3 pax and had 2 large luggage with 1 hand carry and had to be creative on how we should have it opened to have access to our clothes. Breakfast was provided and was a simple spread, so it was a good quick meal before running out of the hotel for our trip. The hotel serves it purpose for sleep, shower and meal.

They have a wonderful breakfast buffet and enjoyed the afternoon drinks and snacks that were included. The location is perfect, close to the scramble and Miyashita park, but not in the high traffic walking area.

Not worth the money. Room was unclean with stains on the carpet and stains on the sheets. Parts of the carpet coming up and furniture falling apart. Cups in the bathroom appeared to be dirty as well. Bathroom reminds me of a cruise ship bathroom. Room is small but gets the job done. Room is also very hot and you can’t adjust the temperature below 68 degrees. It didnt feel like 68 degrees it’s felt like 80 degrees. Happy I only stayed one night. Staff were nice though

Our 4-night stay was excellent as were all of the staff that assisted us. The property was impeccable and we felt very much at home during out stay. The area was close to convenience stores, as well as walkable to nearby metro stations, restaurants, and plenty of shopping. For our first time in Tokyo, I am very satisfied with this property.

Room was extremely tight for three of us. Only one person can move around in the room at a time. Bathroom is molded plastic with high tub which is unsafe to climb in and out of.

Staff very nice lent us umbrellas one morning. Location is excellent, in the middle of everything. McDonald’s next door, Mega Don Quixote 5-10 minute walk. Shibuya station 5 minutes away. Room small normal for Japanese hotel, clean and modern. Free snack happy hour. Money exchange atm with decent exchange rate

You are right by the scramble square. There is such a fun vibe outside. The room and bathroom are quite small but we made it work. There is a fridge and kettle. The bed is very comfortable. Everything works as it should.

Great hotel for Tokyo. Most of the hotels in Tokyo are small so just have that expectation and you’ll be good! Staff was super friendly as usual. Location is great since it’s right across from the train station and not too far from the scramble crossing plus food and shopping! Would stay here again!

The hotel is very centrally located at about 3 minutes walking from Shibuya crossing and right next to the station. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the amenities were good and the rooms were small but comfortable.
