Ok, but not particularly charming

The hotel is huge and not particularly charming. We stayed on the 23rd floor and eventually got quite tired of the elevator stopping at so many floors. The room was very warm, and the window was wet and impossible to see through. However, the staff was friendly, so no blame should be placed on them. Shinjuku feels like one big construction project, so next time, we’ll choose accommodation in a different district.”

Nice hotel

Nice hotel withing walking distance of train station. Room small but had good amenities like a small fridge and a kettle. Very little storage so would be hard if you more than one luggage each.

It was okay

Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean but compared to all other 4 hotels we have stayed at, this was the smallest and by far a little bit kind of old/out-dated for the price we’ve paid for. The room was super warm most of the time and the air conditioning wasn’t really cooling down the room either, so I found it hard to sleep comfortably despite turning on both the AC and humidifier. The hotel’s location is more on the quieter section of Shinjuku city.

Location is convenient. There is airport shuttle directly to/from airports. The underground passage to Shinjuku Station is easy to access. However the walls around the garbage disposal in the guest room are dirty and the room is too hot and stuff that you cannot adjust the temperature making the stay very discomfort.

Excellent location, having the airport limo bus drop you to the doorstep from Narita was so convenient. Having 2 train stations nearby made travelling around Tokyo easy, once we mastered the rail system. Dining options nearby were adequate. Carpet was a bit grungy even though we were on a remodelled floor. Room was small but you get what you pay for. We were fine.

Really convenient, if you want to explore japan i think this is a good options since you can take the a bus directly to the airport either narita or haneda. Not to mention all the places to eat around the area. They also have an information desk (opens at around 11 i believe tho) for any questions you may have. I would come back but pay attention to what room you are getting, they can be small or super small.

Reasonably Priced Property in Shinjuku

We stayed for 6 nights at this hotel. All of our trips in and around Tokyo originated from the Shinjuku station which is fairly close, about 1km from the hotel. It’s even walkable with our medium size luggage. The hotel provided us with a good base to explore the city.
