Vielen Dank, dass Sie bei uns geblieben sind.Es tut uns jedoch sehr leid, dass wir Sie mit dem Zimmer nicht zufrieden stellen konnten.Das Zimmer, in dem Sie übernachtet haben, ist ein Semi-Doppelzimmer, der kleinste Zimmertyp, den wir in unserem Hotel haben, und die Größe und Anordnung des Bettes unterscheidet sich von einem normalen Doppelzimmer, so dass einige Gäste es als kleiner empfinden könnten. Aus diesem Grund bieten wir sie zu einem etwas niedrigeren Preis an.Wir haben auch größere Zimmertypen als den, in dem Sie übernachtet haben. Wenn Sie also die Gelegenheit haben, wieder bei uns zu übernachten, würden wir uns freuen, wenn Sie andere Zimmertypen in Betracht ziehen.Abschließend möchte ich Ihnen danken, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, diese Bewertung zu schreiben.Wir hoffen, dass Sie die Gelegenheit haben werden, wieder bei uns zu wohnen.Bitte achten Sie in dieser Zeit des Jahres auf sich selbst.
