The room is very tiny but it is very clean. There are free drinks (hot and iced coffee/tea) on the 2nd floor. The toilet is very comfortable. However, it would be great if the bed and pillow are more comfortable. They are so hard! In addition, English channels are not available on television. And the breakfast must be taken to eat in your room.

The rooms are very small as this was my first trip to Tokyo I have nothing to compare it to Breakfast was pastries which were fresh You had to return the key every time you went out then get it back when you returned meaning waiting for the lift twice each time. Great location very close to Ueno Station and park

1. Location is great, close to Ueno Station. 2. I realized after I was in the room the meaning of ; why are not you more honest and state ? That would make the description clearer and close to the reality. 3. The room is extremely small, no space for hanging a shirt.

It was situated along the street, but took me a while to find it. Would be even more helpful to provide a visual map to the hotel. Friendly staff who also assisted with courier service. Croissants were lovely. Only thing is that the self operated coin dryer was not working too well.

Fairly big for a business hotel, the free breakfast was a bonus. Full size bath tub and good design of the room. Convenient to train station and shops.
