We enjoyed our stay and would have given 5 stars for all but your lack of flexibility was an issue. In particular I wanted to use the lounge for a confidential work call on the day we checked out and you did not allow this.

Smart modern hotel in the heart of Ginza great accessibility to train stations and shops. The hotel is very clean and tidy, excellent bathroom facilities and a very comfortable bed. My second stay here, planning a third later on in the year.

Check in was slow, with long lines. The private lounge needed restocking, wine bottles were empty and staff would not come to take dirty glasses nor plates. Great location, clean rooms but very short staffed, felt neglected.
