I was not expecting much from an airport hotel but it exceeded expectations. Room. - comfort double was larger than expected so was the bed. Night ware provided with plenty of other products for a short stay. Restaurant for evening meal was okay with a small bar. BA check in desk just a few steps away from the hotel could not be more convenient. We did not experience breakfast but it looked well attended.

We booked this hotel so we could sleep during our 10 hour layover at Haneda airport. We arrived at 9am and were told we would not be able to check in early. For a fee we could check in at 12pm but there was no other options. We were not impressed as being an airport hotel, people arrive at all different times and the rude response we got was unexpected. Thankfully someone else helped us a few hours later and we were check in just after 11am and the extra charge was waived. The hotel itself was perfect to sleep for a few hours. We suggest they review their flexibility with check in times.

Good for one night
I stayed over before my flight home the next day. It made it easier on my people I was visiting. The facilitys are clean and well kept. I had the solo room, it is very tiny, But functional. Everyone was very helpful and kind throughout check-in and check out. Things to note the bed is very firm, so if you like that you will be very happy. Firm after a bad car accident. There is only one pillow and only one bath towel. Which makes it difficult when you're a woman. Overall for the convenience and price it was worth it but these are important things to note.

The location could not be better
The location could not be better for Haneda T5 flights - literally at the end of the check in desks. Modern, clean with a bar/restaurant serving great food. The automated check-in and out was convenient, although it’s the only hotel where a member of staff raised their voice at me. The single room with no view was perfect for the over stay before the long flight home.
