Overall, the hotel was decent, with spacious rooms that were more generous than most you’d typically find in Tokyo. However, we had a disappointing experience upon arrival. We reached the hotel just one hour before the official check-in time and were charged an extra fee for early check-in. I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world, and this was the first time I’ve encountered such a policy—especially for such a short time frame. It felt unreasonable. Additionally, while the hotel itself was comfortable, the location was less than ideal if you’re looking to explore Tokyo. Getting to most attractions required at least two metro transfers, making it time-consuming to reach popular areas. If convenience and quick access to the city are priorities for your trip, you might want to consider a hotel that’s more centrally located.

Brilliant property only 4 stops from Tokyo station on the Keiyo line (we called it the Disney line as Disney and Disney Sea are a little further down). Wonderful quite area with everything you need. Rooms are very well appointed and were comfortable for a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. There are vending machines and microwaves on each floor, which come in handy if you’ve had a big day and want to take dinner back to your room. The Maruetsu supermarket is a 3min walk and sells delicious ready made meals. A highlight of our stay was the Onsen. Again, it was clean and never too busy. Overall a great property that we would definitely return to again.

Very clean but not a lot surrounding the property
Lovely property, well maintained with great facilities. The room was a decent size and everything very clean. Staff were very polite and helpful. Loved the onsen available to guests and meals from the restaurant were good. There isn’t much surrounding the property other than some convenience stores, a supermarket and a couple of restaurants. It is however only a one min walk to the train station (JR line). From there it takes about 40 mins to get to the Shinjuku area and 30 mins to the Disney Resort using trains.

This hotel was overall very nice hotel far from the city. You have to take a train to go anywhere. The staff were very friendly and polite. Breakfast was horrible. The quality of breakfast was very very low.

It's a great hotel, right on the train line. The Family Mart on-site as well as the grocery store nearby are terrific especially as there are limited restaurants and eating options in the area. The onsen is lovely and the hotel is well maintained. Highly recommend this hotel for its ease and convenience.
