I had a few items removed from my room. Spoke with manager. Received them back. Couldn't give an explanation on to why they were taken. Did not offer any compensation for inconvenience. They said it's just an error. An error is taking everything with the assumption the customer checked out. Not picking and choosing what you take. That's called theft.

Great place to stay with pets. Excellent breakfast. I will be giving 5 stars once the pool and hot tub are open again. Was disappointed to find them closed during my stay.

Overall the stay was perfect. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, service was wonderful! Was disappointed that the pool and hot tub was out of service, so if that is a big thing for your decision, call the hotel directly. They are remodeling, so hopefully they will be back in use after the remodel is done!

Location of this hotel was great. It’s on a busy street with lots of restaurants close by. Front desk was amazing for check in/out. Unfortunately, our room was a different story. For the price we paid, we only expected a decent room, nothing fancy or over the top. - the tub had hair - floors were sticky - bed and pillows were uncomfortable - random stains on walls, floors, and sofa. - outdated hotel It was not terrible, but we would not return.
