Great place! Nice people. Very helpful and friendly. Clean…. Good location … rooms are on smaller side but we didn’t go to hang in the room. Bed was comfy and continental bkft perfectly good! Definitely plan to visit again. Toledo is a great city!

Hotel is in a great location to the cathedral and center of city. Stay was comfortable. Staff was very helpful except for one front desk person. I can over look that considering i am a guest in their country.

This place was a great surprise. The listing included all of the spaces, but I had no expectation it would be so nice. Two courtyards, beautiful 360 views from rooftop terrace, spacious breakfast room. All of the staff were tremendously helpful. I would think this place should be a 4-star hotel. Short walk to the cathedral & rooftop view. South of the main tourist areas, thus quiet.

Beautifully decorated. Excellent staff, including cafeteria staff who served a great breakfast. Enjoyed the terrace at sunset. Well located. Got there by car without trouble, although it was a squeeze through some of the streets. Minor grumble: AC was off for the season (Oct 13); room was cool enough with window left open, but it meant some street noise.

I really can't understand why Hotel Santa Isabel is classified as a 2🌟 property; it has so many positive things to commend it! First and foremost is the thoughtfulness of having an English speaking staff. I was somewhat taken aback that this is not the norm in Spain's hospitality industry. I was extremely grateful to be able to communicate any questions I had and receive helpful information in return. Also high on the list is a desirable location: Hotel Santa Isabel is nestled in a junction of two streets not too far from Toledo's famous cathedral. I loved that it was quiet both day and night, as if I was in an oasis of peace, and the rooftop patio was perfect to watch the sunset and then see the sights come alive with the soft glow of lighting after dark. The property itself is very clean and my room was immaculate in every way. There were no chips, old stains, or threadbare linens. The maintenance is top notch. The breakfast service is a lovely addition and the coffee is quite good. Every single staff member I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and polite. Hotel Santa Isabel is managed with complete competency and professionalism. My quarters were a big part of my choice to extend my stay in Toledo, and I will be happy to visit again during my next trip to Spain. Next time I will be sure to request a room with a view on an upper floor ~ make sure you do so when booking. I highly recommend Hotel Santa Isabel as a choice lodging in Toledo.

The building was a house from the 14th century. Beautiful inside. The convent is steps away from the hotel. We listened to the sisters during choir practice. The 3rd floor has a terrace where you can get the most Beautiful views of the Cathedral, Alcazar & the town. You can walk everywhere. The Hotel has their own parking garage for $, definitly worth it!!. Never used the car until it was time to leave. Such a pleasant stay. Everyone at Santa Isabel wete k8nd & helpful. Highly recommend.
